THE GOVERNOR DISCLOSED THIS ON MONDAY, AT THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE IN MAKURDI, WHILE SWEARING IN HIS SPECIAL ADVISER ON LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND CHIEFTAINCY AFFAIRS, JEROME TORSHIMBE.
