THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION, HADI SIRIKA HAS DISCLOSED THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT PAYING $300 MILLION FOR A FIVE PER CENT STAKE IN THE NATION’S CARRIER, NIGERIA AIR, SAYING THE GOVERNMENT IS ONLY PROVIDING A STARTUP CAPITAL FOR THE AIRLINE.
RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NATIONAL CARRIER WHICH WAS LAUNCHED ON JULY 18TH, 2018, THE MINISTER ALSO NOTED THAT THE AIRLINE WILL BEGIN OPERATIONS WITH DOMAIN NAME; WWW.FLYNIGERIAAIR.NG.
